2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our software solutions. You are eligible for a full refund or credit adjustment within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The theme or digital software is defective or fails to operate as described, and our support team cannot resolve the technical issue within 48 hours.
• You were double-billed or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical payment gateway anomaly.
• The purchased credit package was not credited to your admin account balance due to a delivery error.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Credits or theme activation keys that have already been fully consumed or bound to an active domain.
• Change of mind after template source code files have been downloaded.
• Failure to meet the system requirements explicitly listed on our documentation.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Merchant Refund Process

All refunds for merchant transactions processed via Cryptomus Gateway will be issued back to the original funding source or credited to your platform balance based on the USD transaction value at the time of purchase.
