By purchasing developer credits, downloading digital themes, or utilizing our panel management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Digital Products & Software Licenses

SMM Panel Perfect provides modern web development products for agency administrators. Our digital offerings include:

• Custom Twig and React frontend theme templates.
• Automated website infrastructure credits.
• Developer API credit packages for feature unlocks and license renewals.
• Merchant checkout microservice integration via Cryptomus Gateway.

3. Account & License Responsibilities

When purchasing digital credit packages or theme licenses:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and administrative credentials.
• Each theme license is valid for use on a single domain unless an Enterprise agency license is acquired.
• You agree not to redistribute, reverse engineer, or re-sell our proprietary theme template files without authorization.

4. Merchant Billing & Payments

All payments processed through payment.smmpanelperfect.com are handled via Cryptomus Merchant Gateway. Upon verification of the transaction, platform credits are automatically added to your account balance.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across our microservices and API gateways. Routine maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for delayed transactions resulting from third-party network congestion.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws. You agree not to use SMM Panel Perfect software for fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or malicious traffic generation.

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, graphics, branding, and documentation provided by SMM Panel Perfect remain the exclusive intellectual property of SMM Panel Perfect.
